January Jiffy a few days late

Hello everyone!  It's been a while since I last participated in the monthly Jiffy challenge.  As many of you know, the JFF (Just for Fun) challenge is where a bunch of my gal pals and I use the same patterned paper and stamped images to create a card.  This month Julie picked the gorgeous patterned paper and I picked the image.  I must admit, upon spying Charlotte from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps I could hardly wait to stamp her.  It must be that wild hair or maybe that sassy look or the smug smile on her face.  Whatever it is I couldn't resist her!!!!

I used Copic markers to colour her but you'll note I also paper pieced her skirt.  It was a whole lot of cutting but I loved how it turned out.
