Birthday Wishes.

Hello friends!  It's been a few days since my last post.  The garden has been calling me.  The weeds are taking over.  My brother's wedding is coming up shortly and our house will be one of the locations during the 3 day event LOL.  We want to make sure it looks as good as possible.  No pressure right?
We also have the task of staining our back deck too but we can only do that when it is not hot.  And while I have appreciated the heat it does make it difficult to plan tasks like deck staining.  Or fence staining for the matter (I am almost done that one!).  I do plan to get back to my "flashback" posts using older sets in the next few days so pop by to see a new use for wedding day and wise owl very soon!

Today's card is a card I created some time ago and never managed to post.   I love the tranquil colours and delicate features.

Alli, that is stunning, I wouldn't have thought to use those colours with my favourite stamp set.

Alli, this is a beautiful card and those colors go wonderfully together. :) What a neat idea to stamp the leaves in a bluish ink! :)

I like that this card is unisex, even with the polkadots. Staining is not one of my fav tasks. We have to add another coat on this summer too. How exciting to be having a family event at you home though! Especially with all the hard work you have put in on your landscaping. Enjoy entertaining in the fruit of your labour!

Gorgeous! Seems to me one of your favourite colour combos. Love the pin.

My favourite garden plant is my burgundy weeping Japanese maple. So pretty...

Your card is a great choice. Because it is okay for men or women. The design and style are great. I love the polka dots ribbon. That makes that card more amazing.
