Well after 48 hours of excruciating pain, nausea and hiding in the dark I am back and I can't tell you how happy that makes me. While I am not feeling a 100% better I am slowly moving out of my shell to face the world again.
Can I just say you are the SWEETEST PEOPLE--you truly made my day and made me feel cared for. Thank you so much for all your help and suggestions--I will be prepared for the next time!!! I didn't start getting migraines until 5 years ago, after the birth of my first child. In the last two years I have had a migraine between 2-4 a year--it seems to be increasing each year. 2-4 times too many in my opinion!
During my blog absence you will be delighted to learn that I was sleeping as well as cutting my new Cornish Heritage Farms rubber--15 sets to be exact. BTW, all the stamp sets are AMAZING, 10 of which you will have the pleasure to view and purchase very soon. Although I had another card to share with you today I couldn't resist inking up one of my new stamp sets so I could give you a sneak peek of "Beautiful" from CHF designer and artist Lesley Langdon . Her new line is called The Rummage Bin. Scrapbookers and card makers are going to LOVE choosing from the variety of fresh stamps in this collection.
recipe
paper: blue grid dp (fontwerks), wizard dark (prism) nautical blue light (prism)
ink: colorbox queue white (clearsnap), espresso (ranger), aqua (ranger), brillance graphite black (tsukineko)
stamp set(s): Beautiful (The Rummage Bin, Lesley Langdon collection, CHF)
accessories: Elysee Ribbons (Prima), caliope ribbon (IOD), white flower (maya arts), brad (making memories)
I encourage you to stop by the other CHF designers blogs for a chance to see their sneak peaks too. You can locate them on the right hand side bar on my blog. Did you notice a new name??? Yes we were DELIGHTED to add Julie Campbell to our team. I have had the pleasure of working with her before and am so excited to see what she is going to bring to CHF. Congrats Julie.
One last note, I read all your comments the other day about changes you would like to see to my blog. I have taken note and will be making some changes throughout the year...just you wait and see.

pretty card
I see a neurologist for my migraines. There are some wonderful medications out there to prevent migraines - and several that will stop them if one breaks through. Please consider seeing a doctor. Two to four a year is not many for some, but like you said, it is too many.
Your cards are beautiful. I am a card maker, but have not posted pictures yet. I'm working on that though.
Glad your starting to feel better! Love the card!
Hugs,
Michelle
What a beautiful card! Can't wait to see the new releases! I began having migraines after the birth of my first child. They contributed it to hormonal changes. Fortunately, I responded well to Imetrex and once my hormones were "back to normal" teeheehee to quite having them. I didn't have them with my second child, thank goodness. Hope your 100% soon!
Glad to hear you are feeling better, this card is lovely, can't wait to see the new sets.
This card is beautiful! I just love the colors, and those images are so elegant! I hope you're feeling better!! :)
Simply Sweet!!! Love everything about this (((Hugs)))
