Anniversary Wishes

Did you miss me yesterday? After a VERY long Saturday (8 hours of workshop and 5 hours of driving), I just had no energy to post. Dh and I learned many new techniques from the sensory processing workshop to help our son through his day to day activities. I took it upon myself to see some of those through today and WOW what a difference simple things like deep pressure can do for our little guy! In addition to our workshop we have had to MAJOR nutrition changes (no dairy, no wheat, no sugar) As a result, we spent the good part of today trying to prepare some meals ahead of time since EVERYTHING has to be made from scratch.

I created this card last week for my inlaws! They just celebrated an anniversary and we had the chance to spend the night with them before we went to our workshop on Saturday. Of course in our rush to get there (they live 2.5 hours away), I TOTALLY forget to bring the card so this will be the first time they see it too. Late as usual!!!

Ooh I missed my inlaw's anniversary too - just didn't get the card in the mail in time. Glad you had a productive time at your workshop. I'm praying for you and your family as you make these changes.

What kind of things do you make for you son? I am really struggling with that too. We have had to recently implement it as well, and MAN a livin' it's not easy, where do you get your idea/recipes?
We are still on a wait list to get to go to something like the workshop you went to.
I would be so appreciative of any thing you could share, or resources you could point me inthe direction of.
It's a struggle some days, but keep it up, the results you will see are SOOO worth it.
I'll be praying for you guys.
