It's tractor time!

Yesterday's SCS Challenge was to use little stamps. When I read the write up I knew EXACTLY what stamp I would be using. Tractor by A muse was perfect for the job!
I just love this little stamp! It is so darn cute. My 4.5 year old son LOVES John Deere tractors so I just had to make it a green, yellow and black tractor.

This is what the finished card looks like...

And if you feel like making it into a slider card then this is what you will get:

However, if you feel like having snap card then this is what you will get:

And when you open it this is what it will look like:

A close up will reveal this:

You'll notice there is a little white circle with a + sign on it. The little white circle with the - sign on it is hidden under the cuttlebugged panel at the top. I took this picture to show you the button because the finished product looks like this:

And if you have NO idea what the magnets are that I am talking about this is what they look like:

John Deere Card Recipe

Paper: Garden Green, Yoyo Yellow, Whisper White, Basic Black
Ink: Basic Black, Garden Green
Stamp Set(s): Tractor (A muse) Birthday Wishes (A muse)
Accessories: Slit Punch, 1/2 inch circle punch, Polka Dot Ribbon (misc), Brad (Making Memories),Circle Punch 1 1/4 inch, Circle Punch 1 3/8 inch, Ticket Corner Punch, Magnetic Snaps (Basic Grey), Stampin' Write Markers: Yoyo Yellow, Garden Green, Cuttlebbug (ProvoCraft), Tiny Mosaic Embossing Folder (ProvoCraft)

Hopefully the pics make the project a little more straight forward. For a more detailed account on measurements (folds, cuts, scores) etc please refer to Dawn Griffith's blog. She is the one who provided the tutorial on how to make this card. I just added my own magnetic twist on her version.

Because I love to stamp and you do too!

This is such a great card Alli! Love the John Deere, my FIL is a farmer so we get a lot of exposure to tractors. Think I need to pick up that stamp!

Very cute card. I love the idea, but will have to do it in red! That is the color of choice on our farm. Thanks for the wonderful directions!
