It's no Taylor Van Bruggen, Amy Rysavy or Nichole Heady butterfly design but I like it. What am I talking about you ask??? Oh just the release of the MOST GORGEOUS butterflies EVAH!!!! Have you been to Papertrey Ink yet?????? Have you seen those Butterfly Kisses? Yes, I ordered this yummy set and I cannot wait to play. So in the meantime I will be doing some practice work with SU!'s Bold Butterfly and came up with a cute design if I do say so myself. Can you see me patting my back?
Paisley Butterfly Pop Card Recipe
Paper: Chatterbox Parlor Set (from Make it Meaningful package), Whisper White, Old Olive
Ink: Basic Black, Vintage Violet, Whisper White, Jet Black Staz On
Stamp Set(s): Bold Butterfly, Sweet Shapes, Happy Harmony
Accessories: Vintage Violet Stitched Ribbon, Cuttlebug, D'vine Swirls, Window Sheet, Slit Punch
Hint: To achieve this butterfly look you will need to practice your kissing. I applied the swirl stamp (Sweet Shapes) dressed in Whisper White Craft Ink, to the pre-inked Vintage Violet butterfly image (Bold Butterfly) and kissed the two together. I cleaned the swirl stamp between kissing.
Have a fabulous day of stamping!
Because I love to stamp and you do too!
