One of my favorite salads is Spaghetti Salad. It's super easy to make and tastes soooo good.

1 box thin spaghetti
1 bottle of suddenly salad (a McCormick Spice)
1 bottle of Zesty Italian dressing
1 green pepper cut up fine
1 cucumber cut up fine

Cook and drain spaghetti, add in the remaining ingredients and mix real good. Refrigerate overnight. In the morning, check to make sure it doesn't need more dressing added. If so, add a little more dressing.

Easy peasy!!!

I have so loved reading all the recipes. I've copied many of them for future reference since we have tons of potlucks at work.

I think my favorite stamp set is Bodacious Bouquet from SU, although I'm also a big fan of PTI, MFT and CHF as well! I'd love to win this set!

Well, I'm not much of a cook so no recipe here. My favorite salad is Greek orzo salad though. As for stamps, I love all Papertrey stamps and right now my favorites are Out on a Limb and Garden of Life. I haven't been able to get Mailbox Greetings yet so this is a great opportunity. Thanks Alli!

I'll have to go with my sister's potato salad. She used a couple of boiled eggs, a tablespoon or two of mayo, a coupla stalks of celery - chopped into i/8 " peices, and finely chopped yellow onion and a tablespoon of spicy mustard. It is so yummy! I haven't had the opportunity to buy this set yet, so I'm doing my blog candy rain dance! Thanks for the chance!

Layered 24 hour salad.

In a large bowl layer, in order given,

small head of lettuce
cooked and well drained macaroni
3/4 cup frozen peas, thawed and well dried
2 sliced hard boiled egge
1/2 cup sliced celery

Mix next ingredients together
1/2 cup green onion sliced
1/2 c. sour cream ( maybe a little more depending on amount needed to cover salad layers)
1 c. mayo
3/4 cup cubed cheddar cheese

Spread dressing mix over top of layer salad and make sure the sides are sealed so no air gets into the layered ingredients. Chill for 24 hours and toss just before serving.

Yummy!!!!

One of my favorite salads:

Asparagus Tomato Salad

1 8 oz. fresh mozzarella cubes
1 bunch asparagus
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup basil vinaigrette

1. Cube mozzarella into small bites.
2. Cut woody bottoms off asparagus and discard. Cut remainder of asparagus into 1 inch (or so) lengths and blanch in boiling salted water 2-3 minutes and remove.
3. Immediately drop asparagus in a bowl of ice water. Drain.
4. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and serve.

This is really easy and good. I'm not a real big fan of asparagus, but I do like this salad.
Enjoy.

My favorite salad is Chinese Chicken Salad. I have already seen several different versions posted so I won't bore you to death. For summer I just love a fresh fruit salad. I use a cookies scooper and make all kinds of mellow balls and mix them all together. Very refreshing in the heat.
