A Sweet Lil' Treat

Did it feel like summer today for you too? Oh that glorious sunshine. I could have soaked the rays out of the sky. It has been a while since we have had a nice day in my neck of the woods. In fact, we get about 12 feet of rain in a year. I live in a temperate rainforest. Those gray days can get pretty gloomy especially when the are 30+ days in a row... anyways back to the sun...I enjoyed it so much so that I needed to break out Papertrey Ink's Green Thumb set.
Mmmm a chocolate covered strawberry...my favourite! I have had this card in my head for a few days now and was anxious to get it on paper. I promise to return to my chipboard cards very soon...I just have a other cards to get out of the way first. My goal for this card was to keep it simple. This is the first time I have used the strawberries other than stamping them on the chipboard the other day. I can't wait to make them into bugs too!

Accessories: Cuttlebug (Provo Craft), Tiny Bubbles Embossing Folder (Provo Craft), Scalloped Circle Punch and Circle Punch (Marvy), White Gel Pen, Brown Polka Dot Ribbon (Dashed Dots and Checks)
