When rain turns to stampin' sunshine...

Good morning everyone! I had a little sleep in this morning and hence I am behind on the boggin'. I find these long winter days drag, especially on the west coast because we can go 30 days with gray dull skies and lots of liquid snow (rain).
The beauty of it, yes there is beauty in rain, is that it keeps me stamping! And really, there is nothing better than stamping for a friend.
Today's feature card is for a very special friend. She is the kind of friend that if you haven't spoken to her in 6 months you can pick up the phone and call her and she will talk to you without skipping a beat. We met in grade 1, declared our friendship in grade 3 and have been best friends ever since. Nothing beats a best friend of over 22 years. Ellen, I hope you are having a fantastic day and that this card is the ray of sunshine you have been looking for. (((Hugs)))

Is there such a thing as blog bling? If so, you're adding it in, my friend..
