Big Clippies!!!

Of course I know they aren’t new. And I know some of you have seen them before. But THIS is MY first experience with big clippies and let me tell you, I will venture back this way again. I WILL buy another box of clippies! (aka Staples Mega Clips). They come 10 in a box and they are roughly 3-4 inches in length. Not only did I get to play with the clippies but I also got to haul out my Cuttlebug. My husband jokes that I am more into “cuddling” my Cuttlebug then him these days. Maybe he is right *wink*.

Using the 4 Provo Craft flower dies templates, I was able to create a layered flower using various designer papers. I fastened the layers using brads and then used an adhesive to glue it to the clip. Many people have used an adhesive called E6000 to glue thee flowers to the clip. I don’t own that so I made do with the supplies I had. I punched one extra flower (the large die) and adhered it to the back of the other flower using a few dimensionals. That is a bonus because you can actually pop the flower off if you want too. As a final touch, I added some ribbon to some of the clips. I bought the mini watering can at M's a while back. I wanted it to look worn so I painted it white and then sanded it. Then I applied DP and added ribbon.
