A Summer Evening...

There is just something about summer weather and lighter nights that I love.  I enjoy a peaceful evening on the deck sitting in my chair--just looking at the surroundings.  The mountains in a distance, the ocean, the trees...

Today's card is inspired by summer: cheerful colours, a cozy chair and lots of thanks!

SUPPLIES

Stamps: Chairished by PTI, Signature Greetings by PTI
Ink: True Black by PTI
Cardstock: Vintage Cream by PTI, Pure Poppy by PTI
Patterned Paper: October Afternoon
Accents: Buttons by PTI
Tools: Die cut flower by PTI, Copic Markers

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Create card base.
2. Cut strips, layers and create die cut.
Stamp chair image and cut.  Stamp chair image on die cut. Adhere with a pop dot and outline with marker.
4. Thread bytons with paer strips.
Stamp sentiment twice (one on paper strip and one on card)
6. Adhere all layers.

Thought I'd share one more card I made using the Night Light Collection by October Afternoon. I can honestly say that October Afternoon is my ALL TIME FAV patterned paper company.
