I began my design by sewing my card and base. Then I stamped the background with the polka dot basics. I placed the overlay (clear sheet) and punched holes using the word window and stamped birthday fishes.

As you can see from this photo, I stamped the fish, used the 1 1/4 inch punch a circle around them, used the 1/2 circle punch to punch a circle in the berry sorbet paper (note: punch the smaller circle from your paper BEFORE you punch the larger one. It gives you more play in choosing the right window). I adhered the fish to the back of the peak-a-boo windows and pierced them before mounting them with a dimensional to a circle measuring 1 3/8. As a final touch I added the screw brads to not only hold the clear sheet in place but also to give the card a finished look.
