I Simply Adore You

Yes, what you see below is a card.  I know.  *shock*!  I bet you were thinking my blog was no longer paper craft related LOL.  As you know from my last post it has been busy.  Even taking photos of my projects has been a tedious task but only because of lack of time.  For some reason summer just gets that way.  We truly take advantage of the nice weather and enjoy the great outdoors.  It rains throughout the fall, winter and even spring around here so seeing the sun can do wonders for the soul.

So today's card is a cutie!  I love the Pure Innocence line at MFT.  I love the ability to paper piece the sweet images and also to use my Copics to colour them.

INSTRUCTIONS

    1.       Create card base and paper layers.
    2.       Stamp image and sentiment.  Colour image.  Paper piece image. Create die cut.
    3.       Attach ribbon.
    4.       Adhere remaining layers.

Awww, what a sweet card! I don't color very well, but paper piecing I can handle. I hadn't thought of doing that with these images, guess I need to take another look ;)

I am so loving the Pure Innocence line at MFT too! I should be getting 'My Umbrella' and 'Wyatt and his Wagon' in the mail any minute now!! Along with a boat load of Copics!!
I really like the 'book in hand' one too but I'm holding out for more Wyatt stamps since I have a son.

Super cute paper piecing! And what a gorgeous color combo too!
